No one ever thinks about the bookmarks April 24, 2026

I want to save my bookmarks and sync them across my devices. Is that too much to ask?

The problem

I constantly switch between PCs and browsers, and I want a way to update my bookmarks on each of them. But I don’t want to create an account on the Firefox platform :/

Apparently there is a way to sync your bookmarks from a file that lives in Dropbox or Drive or Nextcloud, but I have to resort to crazy browser extensions.

Nextcloud also has its plugin to save bookmarks, but it has too many features for my taste. I want something simple.

In the end, I’m going to have to create my own website where I save my extensions.
